The HotHead Pro4

The Hot Head™ Pro4 Engine Heater unit can be easily connected to any cooling system. Most applications can be outfitted with our integrating check valve (sold separately). Alternatively, cooling system interface fittings (male dry-brake) supplied with the Hot Head™ Pro4 base package allow direct plumbing to the engine/cooling system.

Integrating Check Valve with Remote Connection Method

Uses Integrating Check Valve in conjunction with Remote Connection system. Eliminates “zonal” heating. Locate connection points well below the top of the cooling system.

A

Remote Connection plate and fittings allow easy access, making hook-up process easy.

B

Integrating Check Valve used in the lower radiator hose only. The valve diverts flow through the engine and radiator. The closed-loop path creates uniform heating of entire engine and cooling system.

Integrating Check Valve Connection Method

Uses Check Valve fitted with dry-break fittings. Located in the lower radiator hose, this method allows for a common connection location and eliminates “zonal” heating. Supply and return hoses from the Hot Head unit are connected directly to the Integrating Check Valve.

C

Supply and return hoses from the Hot Head unit are connected directly to the Integrating Check Valve.
